Youth Services Coordinator Claire Brown is sharing the message of 5-4-3-2-1 Go!® at Omaha Public Library events in July. Through these outreach events, families get to hear about the countdown and have a chance to enjoy some physical play with Live Well Omaha Kid’s collection of outdoor toys! Children play with pogo sticks, skip-hops, balls, bean bag toss, ladder ball, chalk, bubbles, and more! Families leave motivated and excited to live a healthy life style following the 5-4-3-2-1 Go!® countdown daily:

5 servings of fruit and vegetables

4 glasses of water

3 servings of low fat dairy

2 hours or less of screen time

1 hour or more of physical activity
